Inflammasome, bacterial infections and autoinflammation
POST-DOCTORAL POSITION to study inflammasomes in autoinflammatory diseases (March 2019)
A post-doctoral position is available in Thomas Henry’s team to study inflammasome dysregulation in human autoinflammatory diseases. Inflammasome monitoring will be performed in primary human cells from healthy donors and patients with single cell imaging approaches. Mechanistic studies through the use of CRISPR/Cas9 and ectopic expression of various human gene variants will be used. The research project is part of a collaborative European project involving clinicians and fundamental researchers and a large cohort of patients.
